As I have shared my story about becoming dairy intolerant, I am amazed at how many readers have left comments about other conditions that leave them unable to enjoy every day foods.
Recently I was introduced to Udi’s Gluten Free Foods. Their gluten free breads were developed by Udi’s Certified Master Baker, Chadwick White, who had a friend with celiac disease. He developed a delicious bread that is not only gluten free but dairy, soy and nut free. Udi’s Gluten Free Foods extends beyond bread to many baked goods.
I was given the opportunity to sample their Whole Grain Bread, Chocolate Muffins and Pizza Crusts. Honestly, they were all delicious. My favorite was the Whole Grain Bread. It was moist and had just a hint of sweetness to it. I had it for breakfast toasted and topped with either peanut butter or jelly. It was a delicious way to start the morning.
Their Chocolate Muffins had a rich chocolate flavor, yet they were not too sweet They had chocolate chips inside which gave them a decadent taste. These are best served when you buy them; I did put some in the freezer, and they dried out a bit.
The Pizza Crust came two to a package and had a nice crispness to it. We would definitely buy all three products again.

Everything I've tried of Udi's is awesome.(I'm eating an Udi's bagel right now!) I've never had their granola so that's what I'd like to try, their gluten-free vanilla granola.
