Monday--Italian Pizza*, broccoli
Tuesday--Autumn Glazed Pork Chops, Baked Potatoes, veggie
Wednesday--Asian Steak with Soy Sesame Sauce, rice & veggie
Thursday--Pork Steamed Dumplings* in Broth, veggie
Friday--Lighter Meatloaf*, french fries, veggie
Saturday--dinner out
Sunday--Southwest Stew*
*These meals are in the freezer or will be after my freezer cooking day on Monday. (See my freezer cooking menu and plan here.)
Breakfasts will be the usual: smoothies, omelettes, eggs, cereal, French toast, etc.
Lunches will be leftovers or sandwiches
