Hi there! Just found you through the bloghop. Good luck with your goal of living well on one income.
My husband has a great salary, but I still feel like we couldn't do it...but a lot of it is about being willing to sacrifice and be more frugal, which it seems like you do well.
Fortunately, I love my job, so our situation works for us.
