Abbe' Designs Backpack Review and Giveaway!!

This is the second in a series of back to school giveaways I will be starting each Tuesday and ending the following Tuesday.

Is your little one going to school for the first time? If so, wouldn’t she be excited to go to school in her own custom designed backpack? You can buy backpacks just about anywhere during the back to school season, but not all of them are as cute as those for sale at Abbe' Designs.

Christina from Abbe Designs has had her own web store for six years now and makes many different items from hair bows to pillow case dresses to custom embroidered lunchboxes and backpacks. Christina worked in retail for 15 years until the birth of her twins in 1999 when she decided to be a stay at home mom. When her twins were toddlers, she started sewing again (a passion she has had since childhood) and a few months later opened her web store, Abbe Designs in 2004.

Abbe Designs sent my son a backpack for review, and he just loved it! This backpack features two zippered pockets in the front, a small pocket on each side and, of course, a large main area for books or other items. My son’s is navy blue with his name lettered in red. He wore it the entire first night he received it, and now he is even more excited for first grade to begin.

These backpacks are standard size, not toddler size, and are not recommended for heavy book loads. They are perfect for grades kindergarten through second or third grade (as long as the book load is not too heavy). They are also great for sleepovers or traveling.
