I had planned to prepare meals from the pantry for the entire month of January. However, I would like to participate in Crystal from Money Saving Mom and Jessica from Life as Mom's freezer meal weekend next weekend. Because I have a guest coming next weekend, namely my mom so we can go get a 3D ultrasound of the baby and see what she looks like!, I'll be doubling meals during the week. We will eat one serving and freeze another two or three. That will help me when I start to get busy at work in the next few weeks and I start to get more tired as I continue through the third trimester.
The good news is that after this week of cooking, I plan to go back to eating from the pantry for February because we are still VERY WELL stocked.
Monday--Pizza Loaves OAMC
Tuesday--Creamed Chicken Pie--Not the Same Old Way
Wednesday--Chicken Burritos
Thursday--Cheese Dip, nachos & tacos
Friday--Tamali Pie
Saturday--grilled cheese & soup
Sunday--Beef Tenderloin, Oven Potato Wedges, Veggie
Breakfasts will be apple pumpkin muffins, oatmeal, omelettes or cereal.
Lunches will be sandwiches or leftovers.

3d ultrasounds are the best. enjoy the special time with your mom!
These recipes look good! I had my baby 3 weeks ago, and we have lived on freezer meals since I was 38 weeks pregnant. I am taking some of your recipes for inspiration!
Oh, and good luck with the 3D ultrasound. My child had his face shoved into the placenta so we never got to see his face. It was a bummer. But, if you are having real problem you can drink some ice water to get the baby to move. My 3D was part of a regular ultrasound, so I said oh well and chalked it up to a surprise.
Oh, how special to get your 3d ultrasound and spend time with your mom! Have a great week!
I'm checking out your pizza loaves recipe. Sounds like something DH would like!
The pizza loaves sound like a winner with my children. The recipe sounds easy and versatile.
