Cheesy Salsa Dip

Are you looking for an appetizer for an upcoming party or a Super Bowl party? This cheese dips is yummy and super simple. My aunt's sister-in-law used to bring it to every party and we would all inhale it. It is so good!

Cheesy Salsa Dip

1 - 32 oz. box of Velveeta cheese, cut in large cubes
1 jar salsa
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir. Let it cook on low until the cheese is all melted. Keep this in the slow cooker when serving so it stays warm. Enjoy.

I shared this post at the Grocery Cart Challenge, $5 Dinners, Life as Mom & Tempt My Tummy Tuesdays.

That is a great recipe - I've tried it before. One suggestion that I'd make - if you're not watching waste or plastic consumption - is to use a crockpot liner - it make cleanup SO much easier.

This is a favorite in my family. You switch it up a bit by using sausage instead of ground beef. It's SO good!
