BLT Pasta Salad

I was looking for lighter recipes, so I got this recipe off RecipeZaar. We altered it a bit to make it more suitable to our tastes. We served it with grilled cheese sandwiches for a frugal, tasty dinner.

2/3 c. whole wheat pasta, cooked
4 tomatoes, cut up
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups of chopped Romaine lettuce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. fat free mayonaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

In a large bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients.

In a small bowl mix the sugar, vinegar, mayo, and mustard, (and if you like) salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over shell mixture, stir and chill. Enjoy!

I like the sound of the dressing in your recipe, and it's great it uses whole wheat pasta - healthy as well as delicious!
